Information on the House: The Washington Street Inn is a Victorian home built in 1896. The bed and breakfast consists of four themed bedrooms and two bathrooms located on the second floor. Guests have access to their own second floor kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, table and chairs) and library/lounge, as well as the downstairs sitting and dining areas, front porch, side porch, and fenced in back yard. Each bedroom has a telephone and television set. Off street parking is available directly behind the inn. Rates: Rooms are $75.00 per night per room, plus tax, and subject to availability. A delicious breakfast is included in the price. Rates are subject to change and higher on holidays and for special events. Special rates are available by the week or if one party chooses to rent all 4 rooms. Gift certificates are also available. In good weather guests may request a romantic "picnic for two" to enjoy in the nearby River Greenway Park. Ask us about this option! Contact Kathy for rates on teas, small wedding/baby showers, club meetings, church circles, etc. |
Our house policies include no smoking, no pets, and we prefer children over 12 years of age. (Note: the innkeepers do have a dog and a cat in the private quarters.) |
